ARCADIUS CO. LTD REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

This Arcadius Refunds and Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases of Aquasana products through Arcadius Co. Ltd. (“Arcadius”).
By purchasing any product from Aquasana through Arcadius you agree to this Policy.
Arcadius reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy, at any time.
Arcadius Co. Ltd only makes certain products of Aquasana available in the territory.
In no manner implied or explicit Arcadius in its capacity of Authorized Dealer is bound by the refunds and returns policy guaranteed by Aquasana, Inc.
Aquasana 90-DAY “PURE SATISFACTION” GUARANTEE does not apply when purchases are made via ANY of ITS authorized dealer OUTSIDE THE USA.
Return Policy of Arcadius Co. Ltd.
Arcadius return policy is strict. Purchases being deemed final when payment is received, only exceptionally and at our own discretion can the return and refund of purchased merchandise be acceptable.
You can ask for the return of a product with us only in the following prerequisite circumstances: –
– Only if the merchandise was not a special order initiated by your request; or
– Only if the merchandise was not a Whole House Solution product order initiated by your request; or
– Only if the merchandise nor any of its component or accessory has not been used; and
– If the merchandise’s exterior package is neat and interior package -when existing- not tear and documentation is complete and looking as if untouched; and
– if you have contacted us within 24 hours after your payment has been made and explained your return and refund request.
The prerequisite circumstances must be fulfilled for us to use our discretion.
When a Return is accepted by Arcadius:
- Please ensure that the product you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, tubing, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs on all products.
- You are responsible for the cost of insuring the product during return shipping for all products.
When we agree to a return and refund of a product, the full purchase price of the product (excluding shipping and handling) will be initiated only when the product is received by us and that its condition is as good as when we had sent it to you.
